things we never got over book review
adored this book ❥ The ideal book that balances sunlight and grit, casual dating, and "you-are-it-for-me" Rowan, a multibillionaire and Dreamland director, and Zahra, a worker, possess a captivating relationship that makes it clear what will happen next. It was heated as hell as they kissed for the first time. The characters have their own challenges and anxieties, but they don't carry any horrifying trauma or baggage. Just as it's acceptable to be normal—just like everyone else—it's also acceptable to be unique. Just like Zahra saw the light in Rowan, the appropriate person will always see it in you as well.
My favorite parts are the epilogue and the final two chapters where he confesses his love for Zahra. This novel also discusses individuals with various abilities, and Ani and Rowan's bond is so genuine!
Overall, it was a worthwhile book that you will either love or at the very least like. I hope you like reading!
The idea is new. Sure, there is a little less "showing" and technically there is more "telling," but it is still worthwhile.
There is a cranky "Rowan" in this adorable narrative, but "zahra" is straightforward with her mouth.
When you connect the dots between Rowan's wealthy status in Dreamland and Zahra's employment there, you can see what will ultimately transpire.
